Summary
Luxury retail sales role responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving store sales targets while representing the brand with sophistication and adherence to brand standards. The Client Advisor manages client relationships, appointments, and clienteling activities to foster loyalty among high profile and international customers.
Responsibilities
- Reach and surpass monthly sales goals as determined by management.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge across assigned categories and the store.
- Manage the sales process to provide sophisticated and enjoyable customer experiences.
- Maintain and follow up with clients via calls, letters, cards and special announcements.
- Schedule client appointments and pull merchandise in advance.
- Collect and enter customer information into the database to build a client book.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product is coded, tagged and priced accurately.
- Participate in inventory processes and maintain a clean organized store.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and provide qualitative feedback to management.
Requirements
- Previous retail customer service experience in the luxury market.
- Preferred previous client book and proven sales track record achieving sales goals.
- Preferred 4+ years in a premium or luxury commission sales environment.
- Excellent customer service, writing and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk up to eight hours and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing capabilities.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competition and ability to recommend and style products.
