Deliver an elevated luxury client experience representing the brand at the King Of Prussia store, using strong communication and clienteling skills to build relationships and achieve commercial targets. Responsibilities

• Embody the brand and deliver the Tiffany touch in every client interaction
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat sales
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Capture and maintain accurate client data using POS and tracking systems
• Convert clients through curiosity and discovery during appointments
• Create elevated in-store experiences and personalized selling ceremonies
• Leverage client feedback and NPS insights to enhance service
• Drive business through key product pillars and proactive outreach

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing roles such as hospitality
• Proven track record of achieving commercial results
• Ability to connect with clients and build rapport
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking tools, and email
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Multilingual ability preferred; college degree desired
