Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, provide guidance on fine jewelry selection and care, and deliver tailored product recommendations.
• Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and value to close sales and meet individual and store targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure inventory is secure and organized, and assist with stock replenishment.
• Process transactions accurately, handle customer inquiries and returns, and coordinate with management on special orders and repairs.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in fine jewelry or luxury goods.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly, work evenings/weekends, and perform duties on the sales floor.
• Reliable, professional presentation and the ability to handle merchandise securely and responsibly.
