Represent the brand by delivering a memorable luxury shopping experience and promoting its values. Build lasting client relationships while achieving individual and team sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, discover their needs, and provide personalized service throughout the in-store customer journey.
• Record client information in the CRM and develop relationships that encourage brand loyalty.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, product knowledge, and an omnichannel mindset.
• Maintain shop-floor and visual standards, follow stock procedures, and help protect merchandise.
• Collaborate with colleagues and address client complaints, involving the line manager when needed.

Requirements

• Passion for selling, retail, and luxury fashion, art, or design.
• Experience building lasting client relationships and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; motivated, resilient, and results-driven.
• English proficiency required; additional languages are a plus.
