Summary

The Part-Time Sales Associate is responsible for achieving individual sales objectives while developing and servicing customers. The role supports strong boutique relationships through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and client development.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives and develop a network of clients.
• Capture and update client information to strengthen boutique relationships and sales.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and provide outstanding customer service.
• Develop basic pen repair and after-sales service skills.
• Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience; jewelry or luxury product sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, relationship-building, communication, and computer skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• English-Mandarin bilingual skills preferred.
• Ability to stand for most of the workday and reach, bend, use a ladder, and lift product boxes as needed.
