Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales objectives and KPI targets.
- Provide outstanding personalized customer service and product knowledge on leather goods and brand heritage.
- Use CRM tools to record customer data and maintain an organized client book with regular outreach.
- Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes.
- Support visual presentation and uphold store image and brand standards.
- Ensure sales floor and stockroom are organized and follow company policy.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, alterations, and inventory control as requested.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive workplace and assist with general housekeeping tasks.
Requirements
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding individual and store targets and building client relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to follow-through.
- Team oriented with adaptability to a fast paced environment.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Foreign language skills are a plus but not required.
