Client Advisor responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional service in a luxury retail environment. Role focuses on building client relationships, providing personalized shopping experiences, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting store performance and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Exceed personal sales goals and contribute to team sales growth
• Develop and apply comprehensive product knowledge to assist clients
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through follow up and after sales support
• Collect and update client information to personalize future interactions
• Actively engage with clients to promote products and provide assistance
• Maintain store displays in line with visual merchandising guidelines
• Collaborate with store leadership to implement action plans to enhance sales
• Identify opportunities to optimize sales growth and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience preferably in luxury retail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and digital tools
• Excellent customer service teamwork and problem solving skills
• General knowledge of sales operations and inventory management
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
