Client Advisor

Summary

Join a luxury retail team as a Client Advisor focused on delivering exceptional personalized service and building long term client relationships. The role requires strong sales focus, brand and product knowledge, and use of clienteling tools to elevate the client experience. This position is part time and suited to individuals with prior retail or customer centric experience, ideally in high end or luxury markets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales objectives and targets
• Learn and master brand and product knowledge
• Advise clients across all product categories
• Develop and maintain long term relationships using clienteling tools
• Deliver personalized service that reflects the brand promise
• Operate as a trusted personal advisor to clients
• Contribute to a fast paced store environment and support team performance

Requirements

• Previous retail experience preferred, ideally in high end or luxury market
• Background in a customer centric environment considered
• Strong commercial and sales mindset
• Curiosity and motivation to develop client relationships
• Ability to learn and apply product and brand knowledge
• Comfort using in house clienteling tools and systems
