Client Advisor

Summary

Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional sales and customer service in a luxury retail environment. Build and maintain client relationships through creative selling techniques and proactive follow up while supporting store visual standards and inventory maintenance. Role focuses on achieving and exceeding sales goals and providing product guidance including repairs and custom design advising.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional sales and customer service to drive revenue.
• Initiate and build personal client relationships using client book and mailings.
• Complete sales and conduct post sale follow up to retain clients.
• Exceed monthly sales goals and establish weekly sales plans and strategies.
• Assist with visual merchandising and general maintenance of the selling floor.
• Handle customer repairs and advise clients on product fit and custom design options.
• Assist with maintenance of inventories in the stockroom and on the selling floor.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
• Ability to thrive in a high paced environment and multi task effectively.
• Positive, outgoing, high energy and sales focused attitude.
• Computer skills including retail point of sale systems, Word, Excel and email.
• Strong desire for fashion and results driven.
