Client Advisor - NorthPark Center

Summary

Provide elevated selling and exceptional customer service to cultivate client relationships both in-store and digitally. Use technology and styling expertise to act as a trusted style confidante and achieve personal sales goals while supporting omnichannel initiatives. This role is onsite at the specified NorthPark Center location and reports to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain client relationships through personalized outreach and styling.
• Drive sales performance and achieve individual sales and conversion goals.
• Utilize digital selling tools and omnichannel inventory to support remote and in person clients.
• Demonstrate expert product knowledge and provide fashion and styling guidance.
• Strategize and manage own book of business to increase productivity and wardrobing.
• Use social media and digital tools to connect with clients and generate traffic.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to meet client needs and store requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in fashion retail with styling and product knowledge.
• Proven commission sales experience and ability to meet sales targets.
• Comfortable using technology and digital selling platforms.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Motivated with strong client service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
