Client Advisor - Madison Avenue

As a Client Advisor at Berluti Madison Avenue, you will play a vital role in representing the Berluti brand and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong client base, both locally and internationally, while upholding the highest quality standards in the selling ceremony.

• Meet individual and store sales targets.
• Incorporate product knowledge and brand history into the selling ceremony to maximize sales and build client loyalty.
• Capture and maintain relevant customer information in the database.
• Build and expand a client book, addressing client concerns and inquiries to improve relationships and drive business.
• Follow up on shipping, alterations, repairs, and other client-related matters.
• Assist in visual merchandising, general housekeeping, and store image maintenance.
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

• 3+ years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.
• Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the Berluti brand.
• Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships through communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Fluency in English; a second language is a plus.
