- Develop and maintain strong personal relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Manage client databases and clienteling activities daily.
- Handle customer service requests and processes.
- Maintain knowledge of IWC's history, products, and partnerships.
- Organize and execute operational tasks with attention to detail.
- Maintain the boutique according to global visual merchandising standards.
- Support the boutique team and participate in boutique administration.
Requirements- 3-5 years of experience in sales or hospitality.
- Fluent in English and comfortable with video chat software.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Result-oriented, driven, and able to work independently.
- High emotional intelligence and understanding of luxury experiences.
- Creative, curious, and adaptable with strong interpersonal skills.
