Client Advisor Manager - 59th Street

The Client Advisor Manager at 59th Street is a Brand ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional business results by leading and coaching a team. Reporting to the Store Manager/Director, the role involves supporting client relationships, achieving sales goals, and ensuring a high level of client experience for Moncler clients. The position also involves recruiting and building high-performing teams in partnership with Human Resources.

• Ensure the team delivers the Moncler Client Promise through client experience.
• Identify team development needs and partner with the Field Training Manager for action plans.
• Recruit, develop talent, and secure succession plans with Store Manager/Director and HR.
• Manage and inspire the team to drive business and foster a positive work environment.
• Lead by example and establish a client-centric mindset.
• Support the team in building long-term client relationships.
• Provide the Merchandising team with product recommendations and feedback.
• Implement action plans to drive business and maximize product performance.
• Drive performance during Client Experience Management segments.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, Asset Protection, and other departments.

• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive retail experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing teams in retail or luxury retail.
• Proven track record of successful sales generation and client management.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Professional presentation and effective communication skills.
• Technologically adept with proficiency in Microsoft tools.
