Client Advisor - Manhasset

As a Client Advisor at Gucci Manhasset, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, meeting their individual needs, and promoting the philosophy and values of the brand. You will create a branded, luxury client experience and act as a Gucci Ambassador.

• Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal sales goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate excellent product knowledge.
• Drive individual KPI goals and ensure high-quality sales.
• Capture meaningful customer data for relationship building and client development.
• Maintain an organized client book and follow up on sales or client requests.
• Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients.
• Foster open communication and contribute to a positive working environment.
• Maintain security standards and uphold visual display standards.
• Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience.
• Proven ability to drive results and build lasting relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Team-focused with a desire to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different customers.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
