Deliver exceptional luxury retail service as a Client Advisor representing the brand in every client interaction. Build and deepen client relationships, achieve sales targets, and create memorable in-store experiences through expert product knowledge and personalized service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plans
- Capture and maintain accurate client data using POS and client tracking systems
- Deliver exceptional in-store service and personalized selling ceremonies
- Promote key product pillars and drive sales across merchandise categories
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to enhance the client experience
- Respond to client feedback and take action to improve TEI performance
- Work flexible hours including days nights weekends and holidays
Requirements
- Experience in retail luxury retail or relevant client service such as hospitality
- Proven track record of achieving sales results
- Proficiency with POS client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to work with a diverse client base and deliver high touch service
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Availability to work non traditional hours including nights weekends and holidays
- College degree or Gemological Institute of America coursework preferred
