Summary
Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional luxury retail service in the Meatpacking store, achieving sales goals and maintaining strong client relationships while representing the brand professionally. The role focuses on client outreach, product knowledge, visual standards and supporting store operations under the supervision of the Department Manager.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and appointments
- Develop new clients via appointments and consignments and inform clients of new collections and events
- Utilize client journey and selling techniques to maximize transactions and close sales
- Establish and maintain client profile records and nurture client relationships
- Maintain high level of product knowledge across collections
- Assist with store opening and closing duties including cycle counts and light cleaning
- Maintain visual standards including merchandise presentation and signage
- Comply with company policies and promote a respectful work environment
- Be available for required shift patterns including closings, weekends, inventory and holiday season
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Polished professional appearance and team oriented mindset
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Availability for specified closing shifts, Saturdays, Sundays, inventory and holidays
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages of 5-8 lbs regularly
- Willingness to learn and receive feedback to improve performance
