Summary
Serve as a brand ambassador delivering best in class service to deepen client relationships and achieve sales objectives through personalized in store and remote experiences. Drive client recruitment and retention using product knowledge, storytelling, and elevated hospitality while supporting store operations and visual standards.
Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with clients to build rapport and deliver personalized experiences in store and remotely.
- Drive individual and team sales by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities including cross selling and upselling.
- Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create additional selling opportunities.
- Use product knowledge and styling advice to guide client purchasing decisions.
- Collect and maintain client information to tailor services and build long term relationships.
- Participate in store operations such as stock maintenance and inventories.
- Process POS transactions accurately and uphold visual merchandising standards.
- Adhere to company grooming guidelines and loss prevention policies.
- Collaborate with team members to foster open communication and propose solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of luxury fashion sales or related customer service experience.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales results.
- Strong communication skills and commercial awareness.
- Passion for fashion and deep product knowledge.
- Flexibility to work retail schedules including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Ability to adapt to diverse clients and complex situations.
- High degree of professionalism integrity and ethics.
- Comfort working in a fast moving and dynamic environment.
