Client Advisor Men's - Beverly Hills

Summary

Serve as a trusted style confidante for clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement both in-store and digitally. Use technology and omni-channel tools to outreach, sell, and manage client relationships while achieving personal sales and conversion goals. This role is onsite at the specified store and reports to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain client relationships through personalized service and styling.
• Demonstrate expert product knowledge and current fashion trends.
• Utilize digital selling tools and social media to engage clients and drive traffic.
• Sell using omni-channel and fleetwide inventory and wardrobing techniques.
• Achieve individual sales, conversion, and wardrobing goals.
• Strategize personal business to increase productivity and outreach.
• Create a collaborative and positive work environment.

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion retail, or similar client advisory roles.
• Experience selling on commission and meeting sales goals.
• Comfortable using technology and digital tools for client outreach and sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including in-person and digital client engagements.
