Summary

Deliver the Tiffany Experience by embodying the brand and providing exceptional, personalized service to clients. Build and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling and capture client data to drive repeat business. Consistently work to achieve and exceed store commercial targets while creating memorable in-store moments.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, using the Tiffany Touch to create elevated client experiences and memorable selling ceremonies.
• Develop and deepen client relationships through appointments, clienteling, and outreach to drive lifetime loyalty and sales.
• Capture and manage client data, leverage NPS feedback, and optimize hospitality and store amenities to enhance the in-store experience.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and drive business through key product pillars.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English.
• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality roles with a proven track record of commercial results.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook; authorization to work in Canada.
• College or university degree and experience in fine jewelry or GIA certification are considered assets.
