Client Advisor - Montreal Royalmount

Summary

Part-time Client Advisor responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience and building lasting client relationships. This role focuses on achieving commercial targets through personalized service, clienteling, and appointment-based selling. The position requires fluency in French and English and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays at the Montreal Royalmount location.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a memorable client experience and act as a brand ambassador during every interaction.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, capture client data, and drive repeat business.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets through proactive selling and appointments.
• Use clienteling techniques to grow outreach and convert opportunities through discovery and styling.
• Execute in-store hospitality and appointment best practices and act on client feedback to elevate service.

Requirements

• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality roles with a proven track record of commercial results.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking tools, and email communication.
• Authorization to work in Canada; postsecondary education, additional languages, or GIA certification considered assets.
