Sales Associate

Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales of luxury watches through expert product knowledge and relationship building. Act as a brand ambassador on the sales floor while supporting store operations, visual standards, and team objectives to help achieve store goals.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store sales targets and personal KPIs.
• Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with prospective and existing clients and maintain customer correspondence.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and follow established sales techniques.
• Perform opening and closing duties, assist with inventory and special projects, and support store operations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and participate in team training as requested.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail, including high-end watch sales.
• Proven success in client service within a luxury environment.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up skills, and attention to detail; ability to multitask.
• Flexible availability including weekends and ability to work 40 hours weekly.
• Computer proficiency.
