As a Conseiller(ère) à la vente at the Montréal boutique (Holt Renfrew), you will build lasting client relationships through warm, authentic service and expert product knowledge. You will work to exceed individual and store sales objectives while representing the brand with a professional, sophisticated presence. The role includes both client-facing sales and participation in daily boutique operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, high-standard customer service to optimize the client experience
• Apply strong product knowledge and sales skills to maximize sales opportunities
• Work toward personal and store performance targets and objectives
• Participate in back-of-house operations, manage alterations and holds as needed
• Maintain current merchandising guidelines and uphold boutique standards
• Deliver excellent after-sales service, accurate client data capture and timely follow-up

• Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer service environment
• Proven ability to drive and exceed personal and store sales goals
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication, strong organizational skills and meticulous follow-up
• Professional presentation and demeanor, acting as a brand ambassador
