Summary

Client Advisor responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement both in-store and digitally. Role uses digital tools and omnichannel inventory to drive sales and wardrobing while reporting to the Sales Manager at the specified store location.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain client relationships through personalized selling and service
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to advise clients
• Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and drive traffic
• Utilize omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Strategize outreach and technology usage to increase productivity
• Create a collaborative and positive work environment
• Sell to clients both in-person and remotely using store technology

Requirements

• Experience in fashion styling and fashion retail
• Commission sales experience
• Comfortable using technology for digital selling and outreach
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Flexible work schedule
• Ability to work onsite at the specified store location
