Summary

Client Advisor responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement both in-store and digitally. Role requires expert styling and brand knowledge, use of digital selling tools, and achieving individual sales and conversion goals. Position is onsite and reports to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling and brand guidance to clients in person and via digital channels
• Use digital store technology and omnichannel inventory to drive sales
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Strategize outreach and use social media to connect with clients
• Demonstrate expert product and trend knowledge
• Create a positive collaborative work environment
• Utilize selling tools to support remote and in-person client interactions

Requirements

• Commission sales experience
• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
• Comfortable using technology and digital selling tools
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexible work schedule
