Job Description

Summary

Provide elevated selling and exceptional customer service by building and maintaining client relationships in-store and digitally. Use technology and styling expertise to act as a trusted style confidante and achieve personal sales and conversion goals. This role is onsite and reports to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships through personalized service and outreach
  • Deliver expert styling and brand knowledge to advise clients in person and remotely
  • Use digital selling tools and store technology to drive sales and wardrobing
  • Leverage omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs
  • Achieve individual sales, client conversion, and wardrobing targets
  • Strategize personal business growth through outreach and technology usage
  • Use social media and digital tools to connect with clients and drive traffic
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment

Requirements

  • Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
  • Experience selling to clients using digital tools and technology
  • Commission sales experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
  • Flexible schedule to meet business needs
