Job Description

Summary

Client Advisor responsible for cultivating relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement both in-store and digitally. This onsite role uses store technology and omni-channel tools to drive sales, conversion, and wardrobing while reporting to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships through in-person and digital outreach
  • Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to advise clients
  • Use digital tools and store technology to drive omni-channel sales
  • Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
  • Strategize individual business development and outreach efforts
  • Utilize social media and digital tools to connect with clients and drive traffic
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment
  • Sell commissionable product and meet performance targets

Requirements

  • Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
  • Experience selling to clients using digital tools and technology
  • Commission sales experience
  • High school diploma or equivalency required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Motivated to set and achieve sales goals
