Job Description

Summary

The Client Advisor is a luxury retail sales ambassador responsible for delivering best-in-class service and achieving sales objectives by building strong client relationships and providing personalized experiences both in store and remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage clients to build rapport and understand their needs.
  • Deliver personalized client experiences to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Drive individual and store sales through effective selling techniques and KPI monitoring.
  • Promote virtual appointments and distance sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate POS transactions and client information.
  • Participate in stock maintenance, inventories, and general store administration.
  • Uphold visual merchandising and grooming standards according to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide seamless client service and problem solving.
  • Attend trainings to maintain product knowledge and awareness of fashion trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of luxury fashion sales or similar customer service experience.
  • Proven ability to drive sales results and build lasting client relationships.
  • Strong communication skills and commercial awareness.
  • High degree of professionalism, ethics, and ability to inspire trust.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to adapt to varied clients and dynamic retail environments.
  • Familiarity with luxury product storytelling and styling techniques.
