Summary

Deliver exceptional client experiences while achieving individual and store sales goals in a luxury retail boutique. Serve as a brand ambassador by tailoring the sales ceremony, demonstrating deep product knowledge, and building lasting client relationships. Support merchandising, shop floor maintenance, and uphold brand image and operational standards.

• Provide impeccable service and act as a brand ambassador for clients.

• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach.
• Demonstrate and communicate deep product knowledge and brand heritage.
• Support merchandising and visual presentation standards on the shop floor.
• Maintain shop floor organization and operational excellence.
• Achieve individual and store sales goals and support sales initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with women’s and men’s ready to wear.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and use clientele tools.
• Passion for fashion and commitment to brand standards.
