Client Advisor - Roosevelt Field Mall

Summary

The Client Advisor is a brand ambassador who delivers exceptional client experiences by welcoming clients, discovering needs, and cultivating long-term relationships. This retail role focuses on achieving and exceeding individual and store sales goals while supporting visual merchandising, inventory tasks, and training needs. The Client Advisor represents brand standards in presentation and behavior and contributes to a collaborative store environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide high-quality, personalized service in line with brand standards.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach and active clientele management.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals and store KPIs (ADT, UPT, data capture, repurchase rate).
• Support visual merchandising standards and assist with inventory preparation and execution.
• Collaborate with store leadership on operations, follow up on customer charges, repairs, and holds.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment; hospitality or client-oriented roles acceptable.
• Client-centric with strong interpersonal and communication skills; professional presentation required.
• Dependable, punctual, flexible, and team-oriented.
• Proficiency with technology and Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to learn brand and product knowledge.
• English required; additional languages (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese) preferred.
