The Outlet Team Associate delivers friendly, efficient customer service and supports sales activities in a busy outlet store in Garden City. This role assists customers on the sales floor, maintains merchandise presentation, and helps execute store operations to meet performance goals. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to drive sales and deliver exceptional service
• Provide product knowledge and styling suggestions
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and organize merchandise on the sales floor
• Operate point of sale to process transactions, returns, and exchanges
• Assist with receiving, restocking, and inventory tasks as needed

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as lifting and merchandising
• High school diploma or equivalent
