Client Specialist - Intimates - Roosevelt Field

Summary

Provides personalized service and fittings for customers in the intimates department at the Roosevelt Field store. This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales targets, and maintaining merchandising standards. Works with the team to develop client relationships and support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized fittings and styling recommendations for intimates and sleepwear.
• Achieve individual and department sales goals and contribute to clienteling activities.
• Process transactions accurately using POS and handle returns and exchanges.
• Maintain floor standards, inventory presentation, and visual merchandising.
• Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up and outreach.

Requirements

• 2+ years retail or customer-facing sales experience, preferably in intimates or apparel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for fit and product knowledge.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Basic POS and computer skills with attention to detail.
