Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain merchandising standards, restock inventory, and ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.
• Collaborate with team members and management to support store operations and special events.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in apparel or childrens merchandise.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and basic inventory tools.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift and assist with light lifting related to merchandising.
