Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador and deliver the Tiffany touch in every client interaction.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
- Capture and manage client data using POS and client tracking systems.
- Deliver elevated client experiences and personalized styling during appointments.
- Leverage client feedback and NPS insights to improve in-store experiences.
- Execute hospitality and store amenities best practices to create unique client moments.
- Identify opportunities to grow business through key product pillars and curiosity-driven conversion.
- Work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-facing roles such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial sales results.
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base and provide personalized service.
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking tools, and email software such as Microsoft Outlook.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- College or university degree preferred.
