The Client Advisor contributes to store sales and KPI achievement by delivering a memorable and sophisticated client experience, supporting management and colleagues while upholding Maison values and standards. The role focuses on building client relationships, driving performance with an entrepreneurial mindset, and creating personalized fashion looks.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client and after-sale service to visitors and clients
• Connect and reconnect with clients, identify needs and anticipate requests
• Cultivate and manage a client portfolio to grow business
• Drive individual sales and KPI goals with a business mindset
• Create personalized, versatile, and timeless silhouettes for clients
• Communicate professionally and sincerely with clients and colleagues
• Use available tools to optimize business opportunities
• Support collaboration between front and back of house teams

Requirements

• Preferred experience in fashion and accessory retail customer service or luxury hospitality
• Passion for fashion and ability to create personalized looks
• Business mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
• Strong team spirit and ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Comfortable using tools and applications and adapting to new technology
• Proactive, passionate and problem solving attitude
• Excellent written oral and listening skills in English and local language
