Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales objectives and targets
• Learn and master Brand and product knowledge across categories
• Advise and guide clients across the Brand to meet their needs
• Leverage clienteling tools to develop and maintain long-term relationships
• Tailor in-store experiences to elevate client impression of the Brand

Requirements

• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering luxury service
• Previous retail or customer-centric experience, preferably in a high-end or luxury market
• Strong sales and commercial mindset with target-driven orientation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and perform in a fast-paced environment
