Client Advisor

Summary

Provide exceptional in-store selling and client development to achieve individual and boutique sales targets while delivering memorable customer experiences. Support daily boutique operations, uphold visual merchandising and retail standards, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Use omnichannel tools and clienteling to build long-term client relationships and grow the active client base.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling and closing techniques.
• Develop and maintain client relationships using outreach, appointments and clienteling tools to convert and retain clients.
• Support daily retail operations including inventory, cash handling, store opening/closing and aftersales coordination.
• Use digital and CRM tools to capture client data, track KPIs and execute omnichannel sales activities.
• Execute visual merchandising standards and contribute to store maintenance and events to enhance presentation and sales.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail or related sales environment.
• Knowledge of and passion for watches, lifestyle trends and product technical details.
• Strong selling and clienteling skills with understanding of retail KPIs (traffic, conversion, ASP, mix).
• Fluent in English and at least one additional language; a third language is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital retail tools and front/back systems (e.g., CRM, POS) and ability to learn brand procedures.
