Summary

As a Client Advisor based at Wynn Las Vegas, you act as the brand ambassador responsible for achieving sales objectives by building strong client relationships and delivering a personalized luxury experience. You will engage clients both in-store and remotely, use expert product knowledge and styling to drive purchases, and uphold operational and visual standards to support store performance.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage and establish rapport with clients to drive repeat business and loyalty.
• Deliver personalized selling through product knowledge, storytelling, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Promote virtual appointments and distance sales; recruit and develop client base and capture client data.
• Process POS transactions accurately and manage client information and follow-ups.
• Participate in stock maintenance, inventories, and visual merchandising to maintain store standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales targets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding results.
• Strong commercial awareness, client-centric attitude, and effective communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of fashion and luxury trends with willingness to attend product and sales training.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and collaborate with colleagues.
• Flexibility to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to adapt to diverse clients and perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
