Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets and meet sales KPIs through client acquisition and retention.
- Balance time between client engagement and operational support (approximately 60% sales 40% operations).
- Maintain weekly operational tasks including product receiving, transfers, consolidations, and cycle counts.
- Manage negative on-hand inventory and loan reconciliations with the Store Director.
- Support processing of send sale orders, consignments, and repairs in compliance with policies.
- Lead and assist with biannual physical inventory counts and reconciliation preparation.
- Accurately process POS transactions with proper wrapping and client data capture.
- Follow loss prevention policies to protect company assets.
- Maintain packaging levels and assist with replenishment orders.
Requirements
- Proven experience achieving individual goals and contributing to team results.
- Experience in a customer centric retail role.
- Organised with close attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and ability to build and maintain a client portfolio.
- Confident working independently and as part of a team with a service orientated approach.
- Interest in fashion, art, and culture and inclusive mindset.
- Results driven with a commercial mindset while being a team player.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as carrying, pushing, pulling, kneeling, climbing, reaching, and bending.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel.
