Job Description

Summary

As a Client Advisor at Loewe Short Hills, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships within the luxury market, achieving sales goals, and embodying the company's values. You will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience through personalized service and deep product knowledge.

Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales objectives to drive business growth.
  • Provide outstanding, personalized customer service and build meaningful relationships with clients.
  • Exceed individual KPI targets through top-tier customer service.
  • Utilize CRM tools for personalized client engagement and future opportunities.
  • Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues to maintain a positive workplace environment.
  • Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organized according to company policy.
  • Contribute to the visual presentation of products, adhering to brand standards.
  • Uphold the brand's image standards and guidelines.
  • Record customer information accurately in the database.
  • Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes.
  • Maintain an organized client book and provide prompt follow-up on sales and inquiries.
  • Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
  • Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
  • Proven history of exceeding individual and store targets while building strong customer relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a desire to collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability to cater to different customer needs.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Foreign language knowledge is a plus.
