Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client and after-sale service to all visitors and clients
• Identify client needs, cultivate and grow a proactive client portfolio
• Drive individual sales and KPI performance with an entrepreneurial approach
• Create personalized, timeless looks and advise clients on styling
• Use company tools and applications to optimize business opportunities
• Collaborate with front- and back-of-house teams and support store operations
• Adhere to company policies and operational procedures

Requirements

• Preferred experience in high-quality client-facing roles in fashion, accessories, retail or luxury hospitality
• Passion for fashion and ability to create personalized looks
• Business-minded, entrepreneurial and target-driven
• Strong team spirit and ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using digital tools and adapting to new technology
