Performance-driven Client Advisor responsible for achieving boutique sales targets while delivering memorable client experiences and acting as a passionate brand ambassador. Drives client development through outreach, appointments, and omnichannel selling while supporting boutique operations and merchandising under management supervision.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and boutique sales KPIs through selling techniques and collaboration
- Develop long-lasting client relationships via outreach, appointments, and clienteling tools
- Promote brand story and product knowledge to build trust and drive sales
- Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment
- Execute visual merchandising and window presentation standards
- Manage daily retail operations including inventory, cash, security, opening and closing
- Use digital and retail tools such as Cegid and Salesforce for sales and client management
- Coordinate aftersales operations until product return
- Ensure compliance with internal control and grooming guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in luxury retail environment
- Knowledge or passion for watches, lifestyle trends, technology, and sports
- Fluent in English and local language; additional language is a plus
- Strong selling skills including discovery, presentation, storytelling, upselling and closing
- Understanding of sales KPIs such as traffic, conversion, ASP and mix of sales
- Familiarity with clienteling KPIs and digital retail tools
- Client centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self motivated, energetic, adaptable and team oriented
