Job Description

Summary

As a Client Advisor at Tag Heuer in Short Hills, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing the client experience in a luxury retail environment. You will embody the brand's DNA, acting as a passionate Brand Ambassador both in and outside the boutique.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration with team members.
  • Support colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Leverage omnichannel sales strategies to enhance client experiences.
  • Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising and events.
  • Build long-lasting personal connections with clients and achieve clienteling objectives.
  • Communicate the brand story and technical details to clients.
  • Contribute to daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and store maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with retail and administrative processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • Passion for watches, lifestyle trends, and new technologies.
  • Fluent in English and the local language; a third language is a plus.
  • Strong selling skills and understanding of sales KPIs.
  • Client-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable to changes.
  • Ability to represent the brand with integrity and transparency.
