Part Time Client Advisor role in a Soho boutique responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving individual and store sales targets, and maintaining the boutique image. Responsibilities
- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
- Use product knowledge to maximize sales and transaction value
- Capture and maintain relevant customer information in the database
- Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes
- Maintain and expand a client book and follow up with clients
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested
- Support general housekeeping and maintenance of the store image
- Consistently follow up on shipping, alteration, or client-related issues
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years retail experience with a focus on sales, preferably luxury
- Business school, university, or equivalent experience
- Computer literate with ability to learn various software programs
- Service oriented and customer focused with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain and grow a client book; candidates with existing client books preferred
- Passion for luxury products and appreciation for design
- Tech savvy and able to utilize software for sales and client management
- Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs
