Client Advisor - Soho

Part Time Client Advisor role in a Soho boutique responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving individual and store sales targets, and maintaining the boutique image. The position focuses on building and expanding a client book, promoting store events, and supporting operational tasks such as shipping and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Use product knowledge to maximize sales and transaction value
• Capture and maintain relevant customer information in the database
• Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes
• Maintain and expand a client book and follow up with clients
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested
• Support general housekeeping and maintenance of the store image
• Consistently follow up on shipping, alteration, or client-related issues
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years retail experience with a focus on sales, preferably luxury
• Business school, university, or equivalent experience
• Computer literate with ability to learn various software programs
• Service oriented and customer focused with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain and grow a client book; candidates with existing client books preferred
• Passion for luxury products and appreciation for design
• Tech savvy and able to utilize software for sales and client management
• Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs
