Summary
The Client Advisor provides exceptional customer service in a luxury retail setting, works to meet individual and store sales goals, and maintains client relationships and store standards in the Soho location.
Responsibilities
- Achieve Client Advisor KPIs and CRM requirements.
- Meet or exceed store, category and individual sales goals.
- Build and maintain client books and follow through on client inquiries and concerns.
- Assist with special requests including repairs, special orders and returns.
- Use POS system and update customer database accurately.
- Participate in stocking and regular store maintenance functions.
- Assist with opening and closing the store and morning team meetings as needed.
- Support visual merchandising with direction from VM and management.
- Participate in training of new Client Advisors and monthly team meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail experience.
- Sales driven with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literate and proficient with POS systems.
- Professional presentation and adherence to dress code and grooming standards.
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
- RTW experience is a plus.
- Mandarin language skills are a plus.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
