Client Advisor - Soho

As a Seasonal Client Advisor at Moncler Soho, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional client experience. You will work closely with sales, operations, visual merchandising, and management teams to ensure a seamless and personalized experience for all clients, embodying Moncler's values and Client Promise.

• Achieve individual and team objectives and provide the best client experience.
• Engage with clients to build relationships and understand their needs.
• Support Client Advisors in delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Retrieve and deliver product requests from the back of house to the sales floor.
• Assist in maintaining and executing visual merchandising standards.
• Contribute to inventory preparation and execution.
• Support operational tasks including back of house organization.
• Participate in activities contributing to the store's overall objectives.
• Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Client-centric with a passion for fashion and the luxury-goods industry.
• Professional presentation and effective communication skills.
• Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
