Summary
Performance-driven Client Advisor responsible for achieving sales targets and delivering memorable in-boutique experiences for a new store opening in Soho. Acts as a brand ambassador, develops long-term client relationships through clienteling and omnichannel engagement, and contributes to operational excellence and visual merchandising.
Responsibilities
- Drive boutique sales by meeting individual KPIs and sales targets
- Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships through outreach and appointments
- Deliver product storytelling, presentations, upselling, and effective sales closing
- Support colleagues and collaborate with team to enhance client experience
- Leverage digital tools and CRM for clienteling and qualitative data collection
- Contribute to visual merchandising, window animation, and product presentation
- Participate in store operations including inventory, cash handling, opening and closing
- Coordinate aftersales processes and returns until resolution
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies and grooming standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in luxury retail or related environment
- Knowledge or passion for watches, lifestyle trends, technology and sports
- Strong selling skills including discovery, objection handling, and closing
- Familiarity with sales KPIs, clienteling metrics, and digital retail tools
- Fluent in English and local language; additional language is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Energetic, self-motivated, adaptable and team oriented
- Ability to represent the brand in and outside the boutique
