Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience as a Client Advisor, representing the brand through personalized service, clienteling, and achieving commercial targets. Responsibilities
- Embodies the brand in every client interaction using personalized service techniques.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat sales.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data in POS and client tracking systems.
- Convert clients through discovery and personalized appointment experiences.
- Deliver elevated in-store experiences and hospitality to create memorable moments.
- Leverage client feedback and NPS insights to improve service and experiences.
- Promote key product pillars and identify opportunities to grow business.
- Work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-facing roles such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial results and sales targets.
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with diverse clients.
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and email applications.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to deliver exceptional client service and a clienteling mindset.
- College or university degree preferred.
- Proficiency in multiple languages preferred.
