Client Advisor - South Coast Plaza

Summary

Deliver the Stone Island customer experience at the South Coast Plaza store by welcoming and advising clients, building long-term relationships, and contributing to store sales and visual standards. The role involves clienteling, product expertise, sales execution, and support of back of house operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide clients with authenticity and brand-aligned presentation
• Collect client information and engage in one-to-one clienteling activities
• Drive individual sales and support team sales targets through cross selling
• Provide detailed product and fabric knowledge to clients
• Support back of house organization, replenishment and transfer activities
• Maintain store visual merchandising standards
• Assist with opening and closing store procedures as required

Requirements

• Some prior sales experience in fashion retail or hospitality
• Interest or study in fashion-related courses preferred
• Experience in luxury or contemporary retail is a plus
• Client service and commercial mindset with trustworthiness and teamwork attitude
• Fluency in the local language and proficiency in English; additional languages a plus
• Professional appearance consistent with brand image
• Openness to new technologies
