The Client Advisor delivers a branded luxury client experience by providing exceptional service, product knowledge, and relationship building to meet individual client needs and drive sales in a fast paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service using the Gucci selling ceremony and product knowledge
- Capture and maintain accurate client data in CRM and manage an organized client book
- Follow up on sales and client requests and maintain high quality of service
- Support visual merchandising and maintain neat understock and stock room
- Adhere to brand image standards and company policies
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent client experience
- Maintain store security standards to protect customers colleagues and merchandise
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of luxury fashion sales or customer service experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven ability to drive sales meet KPIs and build lasting client relationships
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong organization skills
- Accuracy attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Team focused with strong collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast moving dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work varied schedule based on business needs
