As a Client Advisor at Gucci South Park, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, embodying the brand's philosophy and values. You will create a luxury client experience and act as a Gucci Ambassador, promoting the brand's heritage and passion.

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals, enhancing business development.
• Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating product knowledge and Gucci heritage.
• Drive individual KPI goals through high-quality sales and customer service.
• Capture and utilize customer data to build relationships and personalize client development.
• Maintain an organized client book and follow up on sales and client requests.
• Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional experience.
• Maintain store security standards for customer, colleague, and merchandise safety.
• Uphold visual display standards and maintain organized stock rooms.
• Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience.
• Proven ability to exceed sales results and build lasting relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and multitasking ability.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team-focused with a collaborative mindset.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
